What this competency means
Teamwork covers soliciting input by genuinely valuing others' ideas and expertise, willingness to learn from others, and supporting and acting in accordance with the final group decision even when it does not fully reflect one's own position. It also includes sharing credit and accepting joint responsibility for shortcomings.

Teamwork is often assessed through disagreement: what happened when the team went a different way, or when a colleague was not contributing.
Préparation STAR
- Situation — posez le contexte en deux phrases : où, quand, avec qui.
- Tâche — précisez ce dont vous étiez personnellement responsable, et non ce dont l'équipe l'était.
- Action — consacrez-y l'essentiel de la réponse, à la première personne, en illustrant les indicateurs ci-dessus.
