Ce qu'un bon exemple peut démontrer
Candidates preparing for competency-based interviews can use this competency to think about something that went wrong under their responsibility. A strong behavioural example would demonstrate early recognition, transparent escalation, corrective action, and what was changed afterwards.

Comment préparer les questions sur cette compétence
Accountability questions frequently ask directly about a mistake, a missed target, or a commitment that became difficult to honour.
