Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and display name.
• Interview data: the questions generated for you, your STAR answers, notes and AI evaluations.
• Usage data: basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

We use your data to generate questions, evaluate answers, build your reports and keep your account secure. Your interview answers are private to your account and are not shown to other users.

AI processing

Answers you submit for evaluation are sent to our AI provider solely to produce feedback. They are not used to train third-party models.

Retention and deletion

Your content stays until you delete it or close your account. Email support@panelprep.app to request deletion of your account and associated data.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@panelprep.app.
